Summary for February

February has just finished and it’s time to see what my blogs done for this month, as usual every month I will summarize my statistics to keep a track of my progress. Remember February is a little shorter so some statistics will be inaccurate.

Summary of February posts.

My most popular post for February was Increase Adsense revenue, by using a program we can find and remove all MFA sites that typically pay less per click then others. Heres other notable posts from this month:

Blog Statistics

Traffic

My January figures shown I received 3,577 absolute unique visits and 4,095 visitors and now my February figures are more or less the same with 3,521 absolute unique visits and 4,242 visitors. With two days less in this month I can say my figures would be higher If given the extra time, so I can say my figures have improved but still lacking compared to my December statistics.

My traffic sources have still improved again from my last month in terms of distribution of my incoming traffic, My referring sites has reduced to 69% which is down by 4% and stumbleupon makes up most of this traffic.

My search engine traffic has improved again and now makes up of 19% of my total traffic and has increased by a 33% in terms of numbers.

My direct traffic has remained at 11% and his is people who go direct to my site from a bookmark or by typing my URL in.

This area is encouraging and glad see my search engine traffic is still increasing monthly, as I submitted my sitemap to Google and added a visual sitemap these factors would help top.

Again stumbleupon makes up of approx 67% of my top ten traffic , which is higher than last month, I still need to reduce this number if possible.

M investment had over 500% more traffic than any other keyword search, this was mainly due to the fact that the site that closed down.

Recap of February Goals

Month Earned in February

Adsense : $44.23

Smorty, Sponsoredreview, etc $32.00

Advertising: $30

My adsense earning again has all most doubled and advertising revenue was good but lack of articles to write for smorty etc reduced my overall earning.

Goals for March

Conclusion

Slight increase from my January statistics but still room for improvement, search engine searches have increased again and the balance between all types of traffic as improved. My goals were not all achieved for February and I have set my new goals for March.
