Looks like winningtheweb.com and tylercruz are having a minor war, to see who’s got the most vote’s for their site, so here’s the full details of the prizes and how to enter.

The Prizes - $300

The loser will pay $100 to 3 lucky contest participants who voted for the winning blog. Payouts are through PayPal.
How to enter for a chance to win $100

  1. Write a post on your blog about the contest and why you think either Winning the Web or Tyler should win. Whoever you pick will be your vote. You will only be eligible for a cash prize if you vote for the winning blog so pick wisely.
  2. In your entry post, be sure to clearly state who you are voting for and why. Also, mention this contest for which you are voting for and link to both TylerCruz.com and WinningtheWeb.com.
  3. After you have finished your entry post, leave a comment with the post’s URL on either winningtheweb post or on Tyler’s depending on who you are voting for.

My vote is going for Gyutae from WinningTheWeb.com. It was a close call but I like the effort and passion his guy has for his blog and the way he has got this blog off the ground with this aggressive marketing and contests. BTW the perk of a free t-shirt for the first 30 voters also is a good pushing point.

If we match the bloggers statistics together between tylercruz and winningtheweb then tyler should clearly win, but I think this Gyutae has the x-factor at this moment so he got my vote.

Dreaded Comment Contest Closes

It’s that time and it’s been a long time in coming, since I added my first contest to my blog on 1st November which I dubbed “My Dreaded 1st Contest”. I called it the dreaded 1st as I had no idea whether anyone would join my comment contest which finally finished on 21st December running for a total of 50 days.

I can now say My Dreaded 1st Contest was a great success as we have seen a lot of action on my blog with some great comments from many of my readers I wish that I could thank everyone but my post would be massive. When I started my blog had only 192 comments who would of thought my comment contest could finish with 492 comments thats exactly 300 comments in 50 days working out at 6 per day (God i am pleased the numbers were simply to work out). Just been doing my rounds of other bloggers websites, and found that George Manty at Can I Make Big Money Online is holding a contest to promote their new site called “Barter Genius“. I am not much of one to join a blog contest, but I feeling lucky today so I tell you about the Contest I have decided to enter, Diane over at 134u has started a blog contest to celebrate her 2 month old blog and the contest will expire on the 13th December so be quick. There’s 3 different ways you can enter the contest as shown here:

My dreaded 1st Contest….

Ok, its that time in a blogs life where you need to do the “Contest Post”, its my first time so be gentle with me. I am starting my first contest with a rather simple one which will be comment based.

I seen this contest on darin.cc a while ago and felt it’s a good one to reward my loyal readers who regularly comment on my blog and yet at the same time get new people to participate in the discussion on my posts.
