I have made an 9 step guide to improve your blogging experience, you will earn the basic steps to increasing traffic and generally improving your overall statistics.

1. You have all heard this a thousand times, but it’s the foundation of any great blog and that’s quality content, people do like to hear about your daily lives, but if you want to keep them interested and returning to your blog then quality content that they can use and relate too and up to date is important.
2. Blog Commenting, on other people blogs, remember how you feel when people say great blog and leave useful, relevant comments. So search for other niche blogs and leave a nice comment or two and add to the quality of their article. By doing this people will return favor and come to your blog.
3. About Me page. This page is a excellent way to make your readers realte to you as a person. So write about yourself, your passions and your experiences within your niche. A good way to get personnel with your readers is to leave contact point whether it’s an email or your skype name.
4. Reciprocal Linking. By linking to other established blogs it will improve your overall search engine ranking and traffic that you will need to by successful.
5. Read what other people are saying. Always read other peoples blogs, you can gain valuable information and tips that will help improve your blog. Whether it’s about your niche or traffic building tips or just on blogging read and learn. Gaining a better understanding will help improve your articles in future.
6. Summiting blogs to directories. By doing this you gain more exposure and hence increased traffic, most directories will ask for an RSS feed link and this will keep them updated of your latest article.
7. Submitting articles to websites or guest writing. These will both increase peoples awareness and existence of you, always leave a link to your site so people can follow you.
8. Tracking your statistics. These can be done by many different types of widgets and programs. The information gained will help you analyze what pages people visit and what they like to read about.
9. Including tags. Tags will help search engines find your blog and direct people easier to your article. There are various ways to choose from so look around.
